How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns unless your product has arrived damaged. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will send you a new product.
Please inform us by the 20th of the same month that you received your damaged goods and we will send you a new box of goodies. For example: Products are shipped on the first Monday or Tuesday of each month. Assuming your April subscription was shipped on April 5th, you will need to let us know by April 20th that you need a new shipment. We will require proof of damage and will be happy to replace your products with the same or similar items.
